Introduction
The Global EIS Visa Application Center is a service provided by (Global Egypt Investment Services) (hereinafter referred to as “Global EIS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to any and all Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Services” provided by Global EIS on its own behalf or by a third party), to persons hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”. "or "applicants" or "client" or "you" or "yours" who wish to submit a visa application to an embassy or representative center of an embassy in Egypt through the “Global EIS” company, and it is applied to the submission of the “Global EIS” company Information related to the visa application will be discussed later.
These terms and conditions cover the following matters, but not limited to, and depending on the nature of the visa application you have submitted:
∙ Payment of fees related to the visa application,
∙ Global EIS or any third party contracted by Global EIS submits the visa application and sends it to the embassy or an embassy’s representative center in Egypt, including supporting documents.
∙ Global EIS provides any optional service in addition to your visa application service (hereinafter also referred to as “Additional Services”) to facilitate your visa application submission.
These terms and conditions represent the contract that governs Global EIS’s provision of services to the applicant, and you hereby accept and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions, without condition or restriction, before submitting the application.
These terms and conditions do not apply to any and all services provided by the Embassy in Egypt and/or decisions you make regarding your visa application, including the applicant’s payment of visa fees. You acknowledge and accept that “Global EIS” is an intermediary between you and the embassy or representative center of an embassy in Egypt, and is acting as an intermediary on your behalf, and that you will not submit to “Global EIS” any claims related to the decisions taken regarding your visa application or Regarding the refund of visa fees or fees for services provided by “Global EIS”
- Service requests
- The applicant must register on the “Global EIS” electronic application, in order to obtain any service provided by the “Global EIS” company.
- Applicants have the option to select and request additional services while visiting the Visa Application Center directly, which may be available through the “Global EIS” electronic application, if available, or to book additional services through the “Global EIS” call center.
- Global EIS may provide additional services related to the visa application process, which require the payment of additional fees. Additional services are optional, and it does not guarantee that you will obtain a visa or that the processing of your visa application will be given priority over other applications.
- Global EIS does not accept any reservation or request for services unless the applicant confirms, in the form specified by Global EIS, to adhere to these terms and conditions during registration. This confirmation constitutes evidence of the contract to provide services to you and is not a reservation. Services are final except when Global EIS confirms its acceptance of the application and receives the application fee in full.
- Global EIS has the right to cancel or reject any service request when there is a dispute with the applicant regarding payment of fees for previous service requests, without refunding the value of the reservation advance.
- Service fees
- General conditions for all fees that must be paid.
∙ Fees stated are only valid on the day they are quoted and fees may be subject to change when a visa application is submitted at a later date.
∙ The visa fees that the “Global EIS” company may collect for the benefit of the embassy or an embassy’s representative center in Egypt, the fees for “Global EIS” services, and the fees for services provided by any third party are fixed in the currency of the country in question, but they can be paid in the currency of the country in which the visa application center is located. The relevant embassy in Egypt determines the exchange rate between these two currencies, and this price is subject to periodic changes, and therefore the amount you are required to pay in your local currency may be different from the specified price.
∙ All fees related to the visa application are inclusive of VAT and appear on the Global EIS application and in the Visa Application Centre.
∙ All fees must be received in full, through the available payment options, as freely available funds, until the order is processed and, except as covered by our refund policy below, once the service is completed, or after the application is submitted to the embassy or representative center of the relevant embassy in Egypt The fees become non-refundable and non-transferable, whether the relevant embassy in Egypt ultimately grants the visa or not, and whether the aforementioned client (as the applicant) decides to withdraw his visa application or not.
- Global EIS fees for providing your visa application service (hereinafter referred to as “Basic Service Fees”)
∙ The basic service fee, to process your visa application, is agreed upon between the applicant and “Global EIS” and these fees do not include the provision of additional services (referred to as “Additional Service Fees”).
∙ Global EIS issues a receipt to the customer upon receipt of the service fee.
- Additional Services Fees (hereinafter referred to as “Additional Services Fees”)
∙ The price of fees for additional services provided by Global EIS is determined either in the currency of the country in which you submit your visa application or in the currency of the relevant embassy.
∙ Global EIS reserves the right to amend the fees for additional services, and to collect such revised fees from applicants after the effective date of the amendment. The applicant will take this into account if he or she plans to submit an application at a later date.
∙ Some additional services may require the provision of a cost assessment issued by a third party that Global EIS contracts with to provide that service, and a special invoice for additional service fees is issued.
∙ Global EIS issues a receipt to the customer upon receipt of the fees for additional services.
- Visa fees that may be collected by “Global EIS” for supply to the embassy in Egypt (hereinafter referred to as “Visa fees”).
∙ Global EIS does not control the increases or modifications to the visa fees that Global EIS may collect to supply them to the relevant embassy or embassy representation center in Egypt, and does not bear any responsibility related to them, of any kind. .
∙ Global EIS does not accept any claims for visa fee refunds, and such claims are not directed to Global EIS.
- Terms of payment
- The service fees and additional service fees referred to may be paid together as the “Global EIS” company fees in full, either on the day you book the service to submit your visa application through the call center, or at a later stage at the visa application center, when you arrive for your appointment, using The following methods, each of which depends on the time at which Global EIS fees are paid:
∙ Cash,
∙ Using a direct credit/debit card, and using a secure payment method for remote payments (internet, phone, etc.).
∙ Via bank transfer or any other payment method accepted by “Global EIS”.
- Global EIS issues a transaction receipt to the client upon receipt of the settled payment for Global EIS and visa fees. The applicant will bear any fees and interest that he or she may incur using the available payment method.
- Payment data is encrypted before transferring using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
- Global EIS is not obligated to provide any services if Global EIS fees are not paid in full.
Payment is not considered complete until “Global EIS” receives all fees related to the visa application as fully available and unrestricted funds in accordance with the rules.
- The provision of services
∙Global EIS undertakes to make reasonable efforts to provide services to applicants, depending on the appointment date they have chosen.
∙ Global EIS processes all visa applications with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with all procedures specified by the relevant embassy in Egypt.
- However, although we exercise reasonable care in examining the application form submitted by you to ensure that there are no obvious errors in the form, we do not guarantee that we will find all errors in the form, and we do not verify the accuracy of any data that may be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that all data and documents you provide are accurate, correct and up-to-date.
- “Global EIS” Company does not bear any responsibility arising from any delay in providing services, caused by an event, or by a third party, beyond the control of “Global EIS” Company.
- The time frames for receiving any decisions regarding your visa application from the relevant embassy in Egypt are estimates only, and are based on information and experience and are outside the influence of “Global EIS” and cannot be guaranteed.
- Using the urgent appointment service, if available, does not guarantee that the relevant embassy in Egypt will expedite or process your visa application faster.
- Applicants are recommended not to make travel reservations before receiving a decision on their visa application.
- If applicants must make such bookings in advance, they must keep in mind a reasonable time frame for processing visa applications before making such bookings.
- Applicants are responsible for carefully reading and understanding the conditions set out in the visa application form, completing the form truthfully and using true and accurate data, submitting correct supporting documents, ensuring a valid passport (not damaged or expired), and verifying the validity of the visa issued (including This includes checking the duration, number of entries, purpose, etc.) upon receipt.
- Applicants provide the correct contact information to Global EIS so that Global EIS can contact them when there are any issues related to the visa application or when additional documents are needed. Global EIS does not bear any responsibility related to any Losses resulting from any inability to communicate with applicants due to a lack of contact information provided, or because the applicant’s mobile phone is switched off or disconnected.
