Cancelation Policy

 

-Cancellation policy - Global EIS Company does not refund any amounts paid by applicants to “Global EIS” Company in exchange for “Global EIS” Company fees for the basic service or additional services for any reason whatsoever (but not limited to) on the pretext that the relevant embassy in Egypt refused to grant Visas or on the pretext that the applicant decided to withdraw the ongoing visa application after the start of the procedure and the provision of services. - Once the “Global EIS” service is completed, or after booking an appointment to submit the application to the relevant embassy in Egypt, or after sending the list of required documents to the applicant, the fees become non-refundable and non-transferable, and the applicant is obligated to pay the full fees for the basic services or additional services that are required. Previously requested by the applicant. As a result, Global EIS does not bear any responsibility arising from the decisions taken by the relevant embassy in Egypt regarding your visa application and for any delay on the part of the relevant embassy in Egypt in evaluating your visa application, granting the visa, or rejecting the application. Or to request additional information related to your visa application. - Global EIS does not accept any responsibility for the loss, delay or non-issuance of any visa application or visa, if this occurs due to (but not limited to) application forms being incomplete, incorrectly completed or false. Or that the supporting documents are incomplete or false. - Global EIS shall not be liable to any applicant or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any costs or expenses incurred in relying on or anticipating obtaining a visa, whether during A specific time frame or in general, including, but not limited to, any travel and/or accommodation arrangements that have been made. - Global EIS does not bear any responsibility for any loss of profit, business interruption, commercial loss, loss of business opportunity, wasted expenses, or any other loss or damage to or caused to any person whatsoever due to any delay in Loss or damage to visa applications, passports or other documents, or due to negligence or breach of contract, in connection with any visa application or any advice or statements given in connection with any visa application. “Global EIS” is not in breach of the contract, and does not bear any responsibility for any delay, loss or damage to any passport or other document or visa application, if this occurred due to any event beyond the company’s control. “Global EIS” This includes, but is not limited to, any accident, theft, natural disasters, general power and communications outages, strikes, or protests, which do not arise from intentional misconduct on the part of “Global EIS.” - “Global EIS” is not responsible for any loss, delays or damages to any visa application, passport or any other documents, if this occurred due to any third party and the matter is beyond the control of “Global EIS” Company. - Global EIS is not responsible for any delays, loss or damage to any visa application, any passport or any other documents, if this occurred due to an external delivery service, or during the possession of the delivery service, including Transferring visa applications, passports, or any other documents between “Global EIS” and the relevant embassy in Egypt or while returning them to the applicant. - In exceptional cases in which the passport or other document presented by the applicant is lost or is subjected to severe damage that renders the passport or other document unusable, and this is due to grossly negligent conduct committed by the “Global” company. EIS “Global EIS” will refund the applicant only the amount of the service fee in addition to the fees collected by the government of the applicant’s country for replacing a lost or damaged passport or other document using the country’s normal replacement procedure. The applicant must present the original payment receipt in order to be able to claim the refund. - Global EIS does not reimburse the applicant for any other costs incurred by the applicant in order to obtain a replacement, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, housing expenses, and losses incurred due to lost time.

- Data protection - The entity responsible for processing the data collected for your visa application is (the relevant embassy). ∙ Global EIS collects personal data from applicants in relation to visa applications for the country in question. This includes data submitted through printed application forms found on the electronic application, passports, and other documents. This data may include names, Addresses, contact information, place of birth, passport information, employment information, travel details, etc. ∙ Global EIS only requests, collects or processes personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of providing the services that are the subject of these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of processing your visa application and for the purpose of performing any additional services, which is It may be necessary to send additional data related to our services. ∙ You agree, in accordance with these terms and conditions, to “Global EIS” collecting, storing, processing and providing your personal data, in addition to transferring your personal data across borders if required by the visa application process of the relevant embassy in Egypt. You agree, in accordance with these terms and conditions, and acknowledge “Global EIS” has the right to transmit your personal data to its partners authorized to perform the comprehensive performance of any or all of the services, in accordance with these terms and conditions. As for any service not covered by these Terms and Conditions that a third party may provide to you, Global EIS does not share your data unless you agree to this, and all third party partners undertake to provide an adequate degree of protection, with regard to your personal data, in order to ensure the security of Your personal data. ∙ The relevant embassies in Egypt also retain and process your personal data separately, in accordance with their data protection policies and procedures. ∙ Applicants may enjoy various rights related to the processing of their personal data, including the right to view, access, amend, correct or erase their personal data, object to the processing of their personal data and restrict its processing, and object to the possibility of data portability.

- The content of the “Global EIS” electronic application is the intellectual property of Global Egypt Investment Services, and is subject to the protection of applicable intellectual property and antitrust laws. Copying or placing the information, whether in whole or in part, on any other electronic application is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions and the transactions stipulated herein are subject to the provisions of the laws in force in the country in which the visa application center in which the applicant submitted the service request is located. 

   - All disputes arising from the provision of the Services or transactions related thereto, conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, relating to their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, effects and consequences, and which cannot be resolved amicably between Global EIS and the Applicants, shall be referred to the courts in which It has authority in accordance with the laws in force in the country in which the Visa Application Center in which the applicant submitted the service request is located.

- Global EIS may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, cancel or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The headings of the clauses are intended to facilitate reference only, and are not used to interpret these terms and conditions. - Global EIS does not give any guarantees or make any pledges not included in these terms and conditions. - Any extension or deadline granted by “Global EIS” to an applicant does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights of “Global EIS”, which may exercise any rights against the applicant, whether they arose in the past or may arise in the future. - All provisions of these Terms and Conditions are separate from one another, notwithstanding the manner in which they are aggregated together or grammatically related to each other.
